We provide speech therapy to kids and young adults. We are not a generalist practice, meaning if your child needs support we do not feel is a strength, we will help you find someone who is.
Specific areas we specialize in:
Feeding Therapy
Myofunctional Therapy
Executive Function Support
Auditory Training for APD
Stuttering/Fluency Therapy
Early Language Intervention
-
We provide services to ages 0-26, depending on diagnosis.
-
Prior to your first appointment, we will complete a benefits check with your insurance company to ensure you are covered and no unexpected expenses arise. This is a courtesy we provide and cannot guarantee coverage. The best way for you to ensure our services are covered is to contact your insurance company directly. Ask us for the billing codes you will need before you call!
Your first session will include parent consultation and a possible standardized assessment, depending on your area(s) of concern. This session will result in an evaluation report, found on the parent portal, including recommendations.
If we believe your child will benefit from intervention, we will recommend a frequency of services and get you scheduled based on that information.
-
We are able to see patients in-person or virtually. Generally, our preference is to see kids in person, however some kids are better suited for virtual intervention than others, and we respect family preference as we make our recommendations.
-
We accept the following insurance policies:
BCBS/BCN
Priority Health
Priority Health Medicaid
Nomi Health (coming soon! Check with us first!)
-
Absolutely! Please let us know in advance if you would like a SuperBill for services so you can submit the claim to your insurance directly.
-
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Appointments can be cancelled through the patient portal, via email (hello@treehouse-therapies.com), or via phone/text.
Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours ahead of a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Please note, this cancellation fee is chargeable at our discretion. If your child is sick, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Your flexibility and availability directly affect the speed with which we can see your child. After-school times are in high demand and if that is all you have available, there is a high likelihood you will have to wait to be seen.
Our hope is to get your child services quickly and get them in a position to take a break or be discharged quickly as well, so the sooner you commit, even if it requires them to miss a little school, the better!

Once you are an established patient (after your first evaluation appointment), you can book sessions online if you would like. We will often schedule for three-month blocks, but some families prefer the flexibility of week-to-week options.
Please note: our after-school appointment times are not bookable online. Please call or text to find out if that day/time is available.
